Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and Word documents as required.
  • Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) data.
  • Provide oversight and management of the Amentum Shared Folder on the client’s system pertaining to employee training records, workflows, reports, KPIs, etc.
  • Track purchase order spends and follow up with vendors on invoices to be submitted.
  • Process/upload vendor invoices into Amentum’s OnPoint system. Verify invoices for accuracy.
  • Submit badge requests, network access, and computer requests through the client’s system.
  • Provide Maximo work order and purchase requisition support as needed.
  • Meet and escort vendors when needed throughout the facility.
  • Research maintenance parts and materials to identify best pricing available.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Prepare reports and presentations; track key performance indicators.
  • Maintain files according to records management specifications and store and retrieve files as required.
  • Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memoranda. Adhere to due dates and time schedules.
  • Complete tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Adhere to business code of conduct and other Company policies and protocols.
  • Maintain professional and courteous customer relations with client, vendors, and internal team.
  • Maintain safety work practices as defined by Amentum.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor.
