Responsibilities

  • Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities
  • Manage and monitor the status of work orders raised through Corrigo
  • Work in conjunction with PSC and service providers to manage escalations with regard to contractor performance and / or client complaint / escalations and ensuring works are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of Maintenance Plans for properties
  • Assist with review of property inspection programs
  • Verify invoices against contracted rates
