Responsibilities

  • All aspects of regulated and non-regulated facilities / laboratory asset and data management throughout the campus, including onboarding, tagging, tracking asset property changes, and decommission/retirement of all related assets.
  • You will act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all asset management performed in Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS).
  • You will work closely with engineers and maintenance teams to support work process and project-related tasks.
  • You will serve as a support role for Temperature Sensitive Equipment (TSE) workflow in terms of Add, Change, Delete (ACD), and process coordination.
  • You will provide crucial project support for the facilities maintenance teams as well as lab personnel with respect to walk downs, upgrades, and more.
  • You will assist the Facilities project teams by providing asset information to properly update finance registers.
  • Performing data remediation at the site for regulated and non–Regulated Maintenance and Laboratory Services.
  • Performing field work related to different job requests including, but not limited to mechanical spaces, roofs, electrical rooms, vivarium, laboratories and outdoors.
  • Submitting requests to add new and remove decommissioned equipment to Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.
  • Working with contractors to locate equipment during monthly and yearly testing, as well as new installs.
  • Recording and maintaining results within asset management system per contractor’s reports and field findings.
  • Building asset hierarchy for systems and maintain data within database for all sites use as well as assign department’s charge code to individual assets for accurate work order charge back.
  • Printing and placing required bar code labels with asset description on 2x2 or 4x4 metal plates and affix to field equipment with aluminum tie for proper identification.
  • Submitting work orders for Add, Change, Delete (ACD) forms on customer’s behalf as well as Temperature Sensitive Equipment (TSE).
  • Ensuring temperature transmitter installs/removals, initial /final calibrations, Building Management Systems (BMS) connection/disconnection, and compliance validations are completed on all GxP refrigerators, freezers, and incubators and other lab equipment.
  • Scheduling with moving team for delivery, removal, and relocation of assets.
  • Other duties assigned by management or lead.
