The main purpose of the Factory Human Resources Generalist role is to provide a broad range of expert HR services including recruitment, employee development, labor-management relations, compensation, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance guidance, primarily on-site at the factory.
What are the working hours for this position?
This position primarily requires working on the first shift, but there is a need for flexibility to support second and third shifts as well as weekends.
What qualifications are preferred for this role?
A Bachelor’s (BA/BS) in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional-level Human Resources role, or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
