What is the location of the FC HR Business Partner position?
The position is located at our Belton, MO fulfillment center.
What are the working hours for this role?
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
What are the primary responsibilities of the HR Business Partner?
The HR Business Partner is responsible for supervising the HR department, managing performance and employee engagement, resolving employee relations issues, providing management mentorship, assisting with training, analyzing data for trends, and handling benefits administration, among other duties.
What qualifications are needed for this position?
Candidates should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 5+ years in an HR partnership role, preferably within a fulfillment or distribution center, and at least 2 years of experience leading an HR team.
Is previous experience in a warehouse environment necessary?
While experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
