Responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany, including direct reports from experienced (senior) team leads.
  • Ensure that team efforts align seamlessly with both local and national strategic goals. Provide ongoing training and development for the leadership team to encourage daily improvement.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
  • Identify and secure high-value partnerships and execute Local Hero Acquisition strategies in key cities.
  • Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to provide a high-quality, consistent experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Lead Management to supply the Field Sales teams with high-quality, conversion-ready leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify potential top-partners in every city, that our customers will love.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives from usage of sales tools over reporting landscape up to sales material and incentive models.
  • Craft and implement territory-specific strategies to enhance the customer experience in line with national goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonise Field and Inside Sales activities.
