Requirements

  • Berufserfahrungen in einer für die Aufgabe qualifizierenden Position, gerne auch aus der zweiten Reihe kommend
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Einzelhandel, Systemgastronomie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und erste praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich

Responsibilities

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen und effizienten Betriebsablaufes
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des HACCP Konzepts, aller Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzstandards lt. interner und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Gestaltung eines kundenfreundlichen Umfeldes
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Verantwortung für die Führung des Teams und den damit verbundenen organisatorischen Aufgaben (z.B. Schichtplanung, Urlaubsplanung usw.)
  • Einstellung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Führung des internen Reportings
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeit und buchhaltungsvorbereitende Arbeiten
