  • Finance Professional with experience of Credit Control and Invoicing.
  • Construction industry invoicing Experience
  • Existing Right to work without sponsorship within the UK

Responsibilities

  • Work From Home 15-25 hours per week
  • Freedom to work any hours as long as the work is done on time
  • Invoicing £30k0-400k per month to construction industry clients
  • Send out 250 invoices per month
  • Using XERO
  • Trustworthy and able to recognise and flag problems when needed
  • Building relationships with regular clients finance teams
  • Obtain PO numbers when needed
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager
  • Justifying invoices to clients
  • Suggest solutions to found issues
  • Provide Copy Invoices when needed
  • Chasing Aged Debt
  • Ability to work with different client invoice procedures
  • Month End Reporting
  • Escalate non-payment to Legal route
  • Clear promotion and career progression to Finance Manager in the future
  • Laptop and Screen provided
