Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries (e.g. accruals, prepayments, recharges, suspense account clearing entries, settlement, Tax Transfer Pricing) in adherence to the month-end close timetable.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and investigate variances.
  • Prepare source data reconciliations.
  • Maintain working papers to an appropriately high standard to satisfy local financial reporting standards.
  • Prepare head office returns and disclosures for submission to Group.
  • Support the team in drafting financial statements and working with auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
  • Treasury related activities (i.e. Bank account reconciliation, tracking payments/receipts, coordinating funding requirements for entities' operating expenses).
  • Manage intercompany recharge settlement process for European subsidiaries.
  • Ensure all processes are fully documented and adhere to TDBG standards.
  • Ad hoc reporting and assist with projects as required.
