Requirements

  • Minimum English and Mathematics GCSE’s (A*-C/Grade 9 – 4) or equivalent.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous experience of working with computerised accounts packages
  • Previous experience of working within an administrative / data entry role
  • Previous experience of working within a finance team
  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Practical with a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help the internal Finance team with accounting functions.
  • The role will be to support our existing team members to undertake a variety of tasks. Some previous accounting or finance experience is preferred but the right candidate with no previous experience would be considered. The role is varied and will suit someone who is able to prioritise their work and is equally comfortable working on their own assigned duties or supporting colleagues with processing tasks. Good organisation skills, communication skills and ability to fit into the team are essential.
