We're currently recruiting a dedicated Finance Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.As a Finance Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Processing and reconciling daily payment card banking from Restaurant, Bar &amp; Reception and making corrections where necessary.</li><li>Sales/Purchase Ledger</li><li>Input of daily revenue figures and reconciliations</li><li>Producing and monitoring cost trackers</li><li>Issuing of purchase orders</li><li>Processing stock counts and producing flash documents</li><li>Producing Excel spreadsheets and word documents</li><li>New supplier set-ups</li><li>Investigating and resolving financial queries</li><li>Completing end of week requirements</li></ul>Our ideal Finance Assistant will:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Numerically minded</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Be self-motivated, a quick learner with a can-do attitude.</li><li>Punctual and reliable</li><li>Highly organised, with dedication to your work to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all daily/weekly/monthly deadlines are met.</li><li>Good working knowledge of SAP and Opera systems</li><li>Hotel Accounts/Administration experience would be advantageous.</li></ul>
