Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable ensuring precise and timely handling of supplier, practitioner and employee expenses aligning with financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the finance inbox and ticketing systems to ensure suppliers, clients and the practitioner network receive timely responses to queries.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to ensure we collect revenue timely and accurately. Support credit control efforts by following up on outstanding customer payments and maintaining accurate debtor records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function streamlining systems and tools around expenses, bank reconciliations, payments runs and collections.
  • Carry out regular bank reconciliations and support cashflow forecasting by providing accurate accounts payable inputs.
  • Assist the Management Accountant on month-end and year-end processes including management accounts and statutory audit.
  • Provide support for compliance/ tax obligations such as IR35 checks, VAT, GST and other sales taxes.
