What is the purpose of the Finance Excellence Program?
The Finance Excellence Program is designed to develop future finance leaders by providing them with tailored assignments, international exposure, and extensive training within various finance functions across Siemens.
How long is the Finance Excellence Program?
The program lasts for 24 months and includes three individually tailored assignments.
Where will the assignments take place?
Assignments will take place in different finance functions across Siemens’ Operating Companies, Corporate Units, or Siemens Financial Services, with at least one assignment located in another country worldwide.
What type of training is provided during the program?
Intensive training is offered to broaden finance expertise and improve leadership skills, complemented by one-on-one coaching from a top-management mentor.
What qualifications are required to apply for this position?
Candidates should have a successful MBA degree, Ph.D., outstanding diploma, or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent qualification, along with 5-10 years of work experience in a finance function.
Is prior international work experience required?
Yes, candidates should ideally have at least 1-2 years of working experience abroad.
