The ideal candidate for the Finance Graduate Programme 2024 in Dublin should have flexibility in terms of location, a passion for hospitality, a proactive and positive attitude, strong time management skills, a degree in a Finance related course, previous experience in a Hotel/Leisure/Hospitality setting, and the right to work in the UK & Ireland.

The Finance Graduate Programme at Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland is a 2-year rotational program that provides hands-on experience in various areas of the finance department, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Candidates will also have the opportunity to enroll in the HOSPA Qualification, receive extensive personal and professional development, and work on projects throughout the program. The ultimate goal is to secure a permanent role within the company by the end of the program.
