Responsibilities

  • Financial management of the M&S Clothing & Home Supply Chain and Logistics cost base with ownership of planning and performance reporting for end-to-end costs.
  • Produce accurate reporting and insightful analysis into all aspects of Supply Chain and Logistics costs, including identification of trends and assessment of trials and initiatives. Continue to drive for automated solutions in reporting and planning to help find efficiencies, accuracy & insight.
  • Building positive relationships with key business partners and wider finance community.
  • Business Partner the Head of Fulfilment, supporting the continuous improvement of Online Fulfilment costs through identifying new opportunities and in year delivery of plans.
  • Develop and support one direct report to meet agreed performance objectives and ways of working; identify and progress areas for personal development aligned to the Business Values.
