Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Investment: financial analysis and insight to support our loyalty strategy, working collaboratively with the Strategy, Food and Clothing & Home teams
  • Budget and Forecast: Support delivery of reforecasts and long-term planning, including monthly R&Os, quarterly reforecasts, budget and 5 year strategic plans working cross-functionally to deliver each cycle.
  • Analysis and Reporting: responsible for programme performance decks, developing insightful analysis and metrics to assess performance across the Loyalty programme and driving a forward focus through actionable insights
  • Risk Management: horizon scanning for risks and opportunities across the Loyalty programme delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Monthly Cadence: Co-ordination and management of month end processes, ensuring key stakeholders are aware of requirements and timelines. Meeting with key stakeholders on a monthly basis to provide overview of performance and work cross-functionally to give full oversight to Food and Clothing & Home. In-depth monthly review of Digital & Technology performance against the programme plan, highlighting risks and dependencies
