Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accounting processing, ensuring that the account data is accurate and timely, and in compliance with the company's financial regulations; responsible for communication and docking with local tax authorities, banks and other external institutions, ensuring compliance with various operations, and establishing and maintaining good external cooperation relationships;
  • Ensure tax compliance, complete various tax declarations on time and accurately, ensure that there are no errors during tax inspections, and actively cooperate with tax audits;
  • Regularly prepare financial statements and conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide financial data and suggestions to support decision-making to management;
  • Supervise and optimize the company's internal financial processes, ensure the security and efficient operation of funds, and reduce financial risks;
  • Participate in and support the company's financial audit work, ensure compliance with the audit process, and put forward suggestions for financial management improvement;
  • Assist to review and improve the company's various contracts and processes, ensure that the group's systems and processes are effectively implemented at the execution level, and supervise all departments to operate and implement in strict accordance with the rules and regulations;
  • Complete other related financial work to improve the overall work efficiency of the financial department and the satisfaction of management.
