Responsibilities

  • Support design, governance, and establishment of the Change Management Group
  • Collaborating with colleagues across groups within American Express to create a comprehensive Change Management framework.
  • Assist in formalization of Change Management framework for both for internal and external changes, inclusive of continuous monitoring.
  • Assist in developing policy, governance, and process to monitor and perform applicability and impact assessments, implementation, and validation of regulatory changes.
  • Work closely, coordinate, and collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts and Regulatory Reporting leaders in the review of change impact to regulatory reports.
  • Assist in formulating responses to inquiries from the Federal Reserve and key internal stakeholders, while supporting our strong working relationships and communication with the various regulators.
  • Support/lead special projects including partnering with American Express Technologies on key automation initiatives and enhancing policies and procedures around the regulatory reporting process.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.
