Requirements

  • Education: College degree; B.S. in Finance or Accounting preferred

Knowledge of financial applications and database environments with similarities to the Firm’s systems. Knowledge of report development tools, desktop applications and concepts of relational database technology. Knowledge of the 3E Accounting System a plus. Knowledge of M.S. SharePoint a plus. All positions require punctuality and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the reporting of firm-wide and practice group operating results; includes financial statements and monthly statistical reports
  • Consolidate and prepare reporting packages to be upload to Firm’s Partners financial reporting intranet
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Prepare financial and statistical analysis of firm-wide operations as requested
  • Assist the Firm’s marketing team with ad-hoc data requests for business planning and reviews
  • Prepare adjusting journal entries and work with accounting staff and budget holders on resolving GL coding issues
  • Generate and analyze price performance reports and engagement planning models to ensure optimal effectiveness of resources and execution of pricing strategy
  • Participate in the development and implementation of relevant accounting software and internal reporting enhancements
  • Other special projects as requested
