Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Country & Regional Managers to review Outlook forecasts including reporting & analysis to explain changes against given baselines.
  • Preparation of senior management review materials including presentations for CFO and CEO/ QBRs in partnership with other key business contacts, ensuring both the financial and strategic story aligns with overall business strategy.
  • Review financials and headcount against Plan/QMMF/ Outlook, conduct variance analysis, walks, commentaries, and graphical representations for various decks such as QBR, offsite decks for Senior Management.
  • Discuss month-end financials vs Outlook/Plan/QMMF, Investments & Productivity and Cognos submissions with LF CFO.
  • Prepare Quarterly Earnings deck preparation and provide material required by Investor Relations.
  • Track/Analyze FX reports and details on relevance of reported FX, on a periodic basis.
  • Support the onshore team for all ad-hoc requirements.
