Responsibilities

  • Support overall planning and implementation of FiT activities under 3 BMZ grants, including the conceptualization of new activities.
  • Support the organization of project activities e.g. seminars, workshops, events (incl. conceptual planning, invitation management, correspondence with multiple partners, on-site tasks, light administrative support, in collaboration with Admin/Finance Assistant).
  • Support project budgeting and expenditure and financial planning of activities.
  • Support drafting of regular donor reports.
  • Assist in analyzing and managing donor data to enhance strategic decision-making and partnership development.
  • Support research on political developments, funding trends, and sustainable development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing briefing notes, official mission logistics, and high-level meetings, etc.
