Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication - Effectively work and communicate with the Couriers, Ops teams, external partners and more
  • Process optimization - Oversee and optimize the tools and processes for the most efficient monitoring of the supply operations within your group of cities
  • Problem Solving - Identify issues and quick wins" and communicate / escalate these issues to the designated teams with a proposed plan of action
  • Business Analysis - Structure and utilize data to drive decision-making, understanding and communicating trade-offs to various internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Management - Lead and develop a team of Courier Coordinators, promoting a high-performance culture and optimizing productivity across the organization.
