Responsibilities

  • Become the UK product expert for all hardware related elements of the Flexis product lineup.
  • Oversee the development and execution of customer-centric solutions across different last-mile delivery customer segments.
  • Work closely with key account teams to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients within the last-mile delivery segment.
  • Define and package customer-centric value propositions that align with clients' operational, ESG and strategic objectives.
  • Actively engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders and our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and engagement sessions.
  • Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints.
  • Ensure that team members are up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations.
  • Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs.
  • Spend time embedded in the day to day operations of our customers to fully understand their pain points and needs.
