Responsibilities

  • Develop customer and market focussed product collections each season in line with company strategy and brand identity
  • Research trends, new materials, trims and colour palettes and design new products incorporating your original ideas
  • Spot opportunities for new shapes and products to enhance the current range
  • Produce detailed spec with technical drawings for new product developments and modifications to samples
  • Work closely with the Buying team to ensure production details meet the brands quality requirements
  • Work closely with the Buying team to finalise the aesthetics of approved designs for production
  • Produce high-quality work to targets and tight deadlines
  • Attend trend and material fairs / visit suppliers as required
