Responsibilities

  • To provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to people using the Service acting often as the first point of contact for a range of queries and routine information from members of staff, across the Trust, and external organisations.
  • Refer any irresolvable or more complex issues or concerns to the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
  • To be responsible for the administration of the FTSU feedback process when cases are closed down.
  • Proactively monitor the evaluations regarding the experience of the FTSU process from the feedback forms and produce periodic evaluation summaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian.
  • Provide administrative support and management of diaries for the Deputy/Lead Guardian necessitating daily use of Microsoft Office software including set up and updating of presentations using a variety of media.
