  • You independently handle a wide range of questions about our products, processes, orders and complaints
  • With a flair for fashion and new trends, you inspire customers with our products and offer competent advice and outfit creation for a wide variety of occasions
  • You provide our store employees with quick help and solutions for process-related questions/problems
  • In Retail Customer Care, we are the interface between customers and HUGO BOSS. In order to constantly improve the customer journey and customer experience, we are in regular contact with the specialist departments and provide targeted feedback, reports and ideas
