Responsibilities

  • Du bist der erste und letzte Eindruck innerhalb der Früh- und Spätschicht am Front Office für unsere Gäste
  • Bei Bedarf vertrittst Du auch unseren Night Audit in dessen Abwesenheit
  • Check-In/Out unserer (inter)nationalen Gäste ist für Dich mehr eine Passion als Dein Beruf
  • Du führst eigenständig die komplette Abrechnung in unserem PMS (Opera) durch
  • Du überprüfst die Zahlungsgarantien (C/I) und stellst die korrekte Rechnungslegung (C/O) sicher
  • Du bearbeitest die Debitoren und übergibst diese an die Buchhaltung
  • Du nimmst die Tageseinnahmen aller F&B Outlets entgegen
  • Du kontrollierst die Kreditkarten-Abrechnungen und verwaltest somit die Umsätze
  • Du berätst unsere Gäste über die Lage, Ausstattung und das gesamte Dienstleistungsangebot unseres Hotels.
  • Ab und zu nimmst Du Restaurantreservierungen oder Ähnliches für unsere Gäste vor
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen für ein einzigartiges Hotelerlebnis
