Responsibilities

  • Handles all guests reservations via phone & email in an efficient manner in accordance with company standards
  • Experience of dealing with group / tour bookings from enquiry to arrival
  • Proactive upselling of all outlets within the hotel
  • Be initiative-taking with an ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion and possess strong attention to detail
  • Reports to the Front Office Manager on group/tour bookings with regards to status / revenue
  • Attends daily communication meeting to inform all teams of arrivals /revenue stats & selling rates
