What are the main responsibilities of the Front Office Employee?
The Front Office Employee is responsible for managing reservations, welcoming guests, providing information about local attractions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferably in a hotel), be fluent in English and preferably Dutch, and possess a positive and cheerful attitude. Knowledge of a reservations system (PMS) is considered an advantage.
