Responsibilities

  • You manage the shift procedures and keep the overview at the reception desk
  • Check-in and check-out are easy for you
  • You control the compliance with the processes, support the team and optimize the processes in consultation with the FO management
  • You train new employees and trainees
  • You take over your own projects
  • You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests - always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals, brand standards and revenue targets
  • You are responsible for the smooth stay of our guests - from the moment of arrival to departure and beyond.
  • You are no stranger to social media and regularly provide content for our marketing team.
