Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle and execution of large scale projects and partnership programmes - establishing efficient workflows, agency engagement, timeline/budget management, cross-functional coordination, clearances/approvals, etc.
  • Close working relationship with strategy and creative as core creative function
  • Develop execution plans and ways-of-working that can scale across regions.
  • Establish agency roster inclusive of service agreements, onboarding and scopes of work. Partner with agency partners to develop & adhere to the plan.
  • Act as key liaison and day-to-day contact for cross-functional socialization and approvals on creative output of partnership programmes
  • Manage any bespoke AV productions/shoots (if/when needed) - some line production experience would be valuable, but not essential
  • Partner with the localization team to prepare and traffic to regional marketing teams, as needed.
  • Forecast and manage budgets, including negotiating of estimates/bids. Manage invoicing as needed.
  • Help implement and utilize current work processes and develop new methods to further streamline the workflow in UK as well as setting best practice across EMEA
  • Manage all tasks and resourcing on key projects so they move smoothly and efficiently across regions and all tasks are properly assigned.
  • Resource management for the entire team, anticipating and planning for thoughtful contract and agency support.
