Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities in ETF operations.
  • Reviewing and validating all daily activity to ensure accuracy and timeliness in ETF operations.
  • Maintain accuracy & timeliness in Portfolio Composition file & UCF dissemination post basket creation, ensure effective reviews and checks are performed beforehand.
  • Processing of Corporate Action on model ETF portfolios of optimized & replicated ETFs using Bloomberg and watchlist data from Index providers i.e., S&P, MSCI, FTSE, NASDAQ, Solactive, etc. & ensure these hit client Indexes.
  • Ensuring effective communication & Inquiry management with client/authorized participants keeping in mind client experience and best in class service.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting of basket and coordination with other Internal stakeholders.
  • Reference data update for new funds, AP, client, fees, & reports, etc.
  • Perform periodic reconciliation to ensure accuracy of factor rates, variable fees, fixed fees & slippages fees.
  • Be a role model to follow all listed controls and procedures with no exceptions.
  • Assisting settlement of ETF creation & redemption orders and underlying basket shares, perform order revisions when needed.
