The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, excellent communication skills, experience with CMOS switches, circuit simulation tools, proficiency in software development, familiarity with electronic test equipment, RF PCB design experience, and knowledge of ATE products. A master's degree is preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for designing-in CMOS/MEMS switches, creating design-in tools, engaging with customers and marketing teams, developing training activities, and validating product simulation models.
