Responsibilities

  • - The planner is responsible for the critical targets that drive optimal service and cost for ADI.
  • - He/she will ensure customer orders are fulfilled based on Customer Request date (CRD) or First Commit date (FCD).
  • - Review and analyse CRD and FCD gaps, address root causes and recommend process and system improvements to address the gaps.
  • - Deliver world class service and responsiveness levels to ADI field teams and customers.
  • - Identify and collaborate on all aspects of customer experience at ADI.
  • - The role will include elements of Demand Forecasting, Manufacturing Scheduling, Inventory Control and Customer Service for the assigned products.
  • - Strong collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and Engineering teams is an integral part of the role.
