Programme Overview

Our graduate programme, Gallagher Futures, is a two-year intensive development pathway created to develop a group of new colleagues who are high calibre, results driven and diverse, into the world of insurance and our Gallagher community. This programme will help you develop skills, business knowledge and continue to grow your career. 

You’ll have the chance to get hands on, interacting with clients and making a difference early on. We will support your ongoing development with tailored courses, a local mentor and an industry recognised qualification. You’ll also be paired with another programme participant in your location and have regular catch ups with our Talent Programme Partner, ensuring you receive unequalled support in your role.

How Will You Be Rewarded?

Our Gallagher Futures programme offers a salary of between £28,000 and £32,000p.a. dependent on location and experience. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays, and also be able to purchase additional days. Alongside this, you will also be entitled to three fully paid volunteering days a year, allowing you to support a charity of your choice. There are also a range of flexible benefits available to you including gym memberships, season ticket loans, travel insurance and many more.
