  • - Understand the operations and priorities of the Head of Establishment in order to pro-actively support estate activities and support end-users in the development of new work requirements including provision of formal Additional Services Project submission.
  • - Liaise with DIO SME, end users and other stakeholders to provide advice and support, supporting the effective and timely delivery of statutory, mandatory and reactive maintenance as well as additional services.
  • - Visit sites on a quarterly basis reviewing gas safety management plans and carry out inspections on gas equipment.
  • - Produce risk assessments and method statements where necessary.
  • - Produce safety programmes and Gas Permits to Work to a high quality.
