Responsibilities

  • Samen met jouw collega’s ben je als Gedragsspecialist Kwaliteit verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van oorzakenanalyses op teamgedrag, dynamiek en audit specifieke onderwerpen.
  • Je doet onderzoek en voert gesprekken met medewerkers van het Auditteam.
  • Het is een mobiele functie waarbij je naar verschillende vestigingen reist.
  • Onder leiding van de Senior Manager Kwaliteit en Gedrag identificeer je door middel van interviews, observaties, enquêtes en documentatie de onderliggende oorzaken van kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Na het analyseren van alle informatie en het vastleggen hiervan, bepaal je samen met het team de maatregelen.
  • Vervolgens draag je bij aan concrete voorstellen voor het verbeteren van de kwaliteit en monitoren van deze maatregelen.
  • Het oorzakenanalyseteam werkt nauw samen met verschillende andere afdelingen waaronder Compliance Quality Monitoring & Risk, People & Culture, Human Resources en de Audit praktijk van Forvis Mazars.
