  • Contract Management & Negotiation: Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements. Implement and maintain a Contract Lifecycle Management System. Update old or acquired MSA’s and SOW’s
  • Compliance: Ensure the company policies with relevant laws and regulations in its operations and business activities
  • Litigation Management: Oversee legal disputes and coordinate with external law firms as necessary to handle litigation matters.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, including travel to other offices or courthouses as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
  • Corporate Governance: Advise on matters related to corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.
  • Negotiation and Contract Drafting: Ability to negotiate effectively and draft contracts that protect the company’s interests while facilitating business transactions.
  • Broad Legal Knowledge and Expertise: Strong foundation in legal principles across various areas of law, including corporate law, contract law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the organization’s business objectives and ability to align legal strategies with overall business goals. Familiarity with the industry in which Instem operates.
  • Risk Management: Proficiency in assessing and managing legal risks, identifying potential challenges, and developing strategies to mitigate or address them.
