Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Will install, maintain and repair all assigned structural components, roofing systems, floor systems, foundations, gutter systems and surface coverings.
  • Will also perform metal and fabric repair, fabrication work, welding support to include oxy/acetylene cutting, corrosion control, pavement painting and striping, vinyl sign production, locksmith services and form work for concrete.
  • Must be able to remodel, refurbish or demolish existing facilities.
  • Additionally, will install, maintain and repair protective coatings, sealants, epoxies, glues, paints and fencing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
