  • Developing strategies and plans for the following areas for Kia in Europe:
  • Talent & Culture (Learning & Development): Focus on agile and scalable blended learning solutions for senior management in the European region
  • Change Management & Internal Communication: Access to open & transparent communication is the starting point to achieve our brand and culture transformation. Developing and facilitating a habit of acquiring and sharing information and knowledge in a simple, intuitive and integrated manner across the European region for innovation, performance and to provide value to our customers is at the core of this role. This requires customized content creation and collaboration between all stakeholders for maximum customer value.
  • Employer Branding: Living our brand, culture and Kia team spirit inside out and showcasing this in a consistent and coherent manner externally will support us in attracting, engaging and retaining talent and developing strategies to do so is the focus of the General Manager Talent & Culture.
  • Country manager for various markets.
  • Core processes: People Development, Performance Management (competencies), Succession Planning framework.
  • Creates strategies upon analyzing complex information through an in depth understanding of the customers and the company context and goals.
  • Creates and optimizes innovative frameworks for learning, knowledge sharing, collaboration and employer branding.
  • Leads the delivery of the strategies and plans based on sound understanding of the company direction and while aligning with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Leads and monitors resource allocation of the department to achieve the targets.
  • Maximizes company performance by aligning Talent & Culture plans with other managers and executives while fostering collaboration and best practice sharing in the region.
  • Establishing development of People & Organization and Talent & Culture team members in line with department goals.
