Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Manager and under the supervision of the Clinical Leader, the General office clerk works independently and is responsible for the duties associated with booking and registration process.
  • Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • scheduling ultrasounds and consultations;
  • coordination of appointments;
  • registration of patient visits;
  • retrieval, labeling and filing of patient records;
  • responding to telephone inquiries;
  • Order Entry of lab specimens;
  • and other administrative duties as required.
