Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global change management, communication, and training strategy for the Workday HCM implementation.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Global ERP Delivery Lead, Business Deployment Teams, and Process Teams, providing expert guidance on change management best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of change management activities with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify key stakeholder groups and understand the impact of Workday on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement targeted change management interventions, including stakeholder engagement, communication campaigns, training programs, and support resources.
  • Assess business readiness and develop tangible, measurable plans to increase awareness and activation of new ways of working.
  • Provide recommendations considering adoption tolerance and pacing to ensure successful program deployment.
  • Partner with Process Owners and People Operations leaders to diagnose implementation impacts and develop appropriate methods for intervention to drive adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication campaigns for a variety of stakeholder groups, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to foster buy-in and support for the Workday implementation.
  • Manage communication channels and ensure effective information dissemination.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of engaging and effective training programs for all Workday users.
  • Ensure training materials are tailored to the specific needs of different user groups and are accessible in multiple formats.
