Responsibilities

  • Research and implement competitive, best practice pay policies and programs, including base and variable pay and recognition programs
  • Support the compensation team in benchmarking, salary survey selection and participation, and competitive analysis
  • Partnering with HR and business leaders, develop and implement pay strategies to address workforce challenges such as attrition, hot skills, internal equity, starting salary rates, job leveling and market competitiveness
  • Lead all aspects of the annual compensation process cycle
  • Analyze and synthesize complex compensation data and create relevant dashboards and presentations for key HR and business stakeholders
  • In addition to global responsibilities, support the organization’s compensation needs and consult with HR and business leaders for manufacturing sites in North America
  • Develop and implement effective communications for all compensation programs
  • Support the organization’s merger & acquisition needs on compensation-related matters, as needed
