Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and other financial sponsors and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities with mid-cap sponsors.
  • Support the execution of transactions, including M&A advisory, leveraged finance, and capital markets deals, and coordinate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's presence and market share in the mid-cap sponsors segment.
  • Work with investment banking coverage and product bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships.
  • Work with the broader Sponsors team and our partners across J.P. Morgan to identify new finance and risk management opportunities.
  • Jointly with our products partners, you will drive and coordinate the tailored marketing of products, identifying and addressing our clients’ needs.
