  • Creator Partnerships Management
  • Delivering industry-leading service and relationship management to the network's top tier influencer campaigns, including building solid relationships with key clients and creators
  • Providing high-level, senior strategic input on the network's top tier influencer campaigns, including the implementation of new technologies and methods for influencer marketing across both Awin and ShareASale
  • Providing the Awin client services and New Business teams with quarterly market trends and insights
  • Developing and implementing new processes to improve manual efficiencies through Asana
  • Taking a proactive approach in solving issues with creators, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Assisting with the creation effective influencer collaterals across Awin
  • Communicating effectively with advertisers, creators and internal teams via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Leadership, Training & Team Management
  • Train and guide new Awin hires through successful on boarding ensuring successful integration with wider Awin team
  • Provide guidance, support and feedback to direct reports through scheduled 1:1 meetings (weekly/monthly) and development plans
  • Support VP Publisher Development, US with team hiring inclusive of resume sourcing and in person interviews
  • Develop a deep understanding of Awin core values, processes, tools, and departments in order to serve as a point of knowledge and expertise for the wider team
  • Actively monitor creator performance across team portfolio and ensure performance is in line with targets set for new and existing campaigns
  • Familiarize yourself with industry trends to inform creators, while keeping your team informed of relevant information
  • Attend appropriate client and speak at networking events to enhance client and creator relationship development
  • Assist in producing account reviews (as needed), case studies, best practice guides, white papers or other relevant communication that highlight opportunities and educate all stakeholders on successful influencer campaign concepts and strategies
