Responsibilities

  • Translate the global culture strategy into actionable programmes and initiatives, ensuring integration across all business areas and markets.
  • Develop and execute detailed plans for culture initiatives, tracking progress and adapting to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups to align culture initiatives with the needs of key functions, including Product & Technology, Marketing, and Logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaders to implement and lead culture initiatives within their areas of responsibility.
  • Manage and deliver large-scale culture programmes, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with JET’s objectives.
  • Define and track KPIs for assigned initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner within the Global Culture team, People Communications, Change and other teams to successfully communicate the culture strategy and ensure awareness and buy-in at all organisational levels.
  • Represent JET’s culture initiatives in discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as an advocate for culture programmes, ensuring visibility and impact across the organisation.
  • Drive continuous programme improvements based on data and feedback from across the business.
