Define and execute the unit’s strategy in alignment with global goals, ensuring operational development and profitability.
Oversee engineering functions across global hubs, driving process improvements, innovation, and efficiency.

Ensure alignment with cultural sensitivity and global impact considerations, focusing on KPIs such as globalization levels and productivity gains.
