What is the primary responsibility of the Global Events & Engagement System Lead?
The primary responsibility is to act as the single point of contact for all questions regarding the Event and Engagement Management System, providing training, creating materials, ensuring implementation of system requirements, and developing KPIs and reports for measuring the success of events and engagements.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A minimum of 5 years of experience in global roles within Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals, with strong exposure to Medical and Commercial activities, data analytics, and KPI tracking is required.
What tools and systems should candidates be familiar with?
Candidates should be familiar with CRM systems such as Atrium, Engage, NAYA, SalesForce, Veeva, as well as content/streaming platforms like SpotMe and Within3.
