Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Conceptualization:
  • Lead on all creative design solutions for global marketing initiatives across, company website, advertising, social media assets, presentations, animations and video.
  • Support the Junior Designer on work briefs, deadlines and opportunities to upskill.
  • Develop creative design solutions for global marketing initiatives, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media graphics, presentations, animations, and videos.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs align with the company brand guidelines, prioritizing clear, current and memorable design.
  • Display a clear understanding for brand application, creating assets to brief with flair and originality.
  • Refining brand guidelines, as needed, to keep them timely and effective.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
  • Work with Marketing to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
  • Work with Marketing to create project briefs and timelines, creating a clear concept to completion process.
  • Global Perspective:
  • Adapt designs to suit different cultural contexts and markets, ensuring they resonate with a global audience.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and incorporate them into design work as appropriate.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with in-house copywriters, marketers, and other designers to develop cohesive and impactful marketing materials.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Work with efficiently with team members across different time zones and departments
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
  • Create animations using Adobe After Effects and edit videos to produce engaging content for various platforms.
  • Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
  • Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts – strong knowledge of Figma or Sketch
