  • Experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or related roles, with a significant portion spent in the luxury sector

  • Position requires leadership skills and project management skills; ability to execute several projects in a timely and efficient manner; must be able to follow projects from inception to completion

  • Lead the conceptualization and design of flagship stores, ensuring they serve as the pinnacle of the brand’s retail expression and set the standard for all other retail formats.
  • Provide strategic oversight and creative direction for visual merchandising and in-store experiences, ensuring global consistency while allowing for local adaptations.
  • Oversee the design and development of flagship stores in key markets, ensuring each location reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and unique identity.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the flagship stores are executed to the highest standards, serving as a model for other retail locations globally.
  • Lead the visual merchandising strategy to create captivating and dynamic product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
